ILLBIN is a curated digital gallery and showcase for live websites, apps, brands, tools, storefront concepts, operated concepts, client builds, in-development projects, and selected projects open to inquiry. It is not a guaranteed sales marketplace, escrow service, broker, investment advisor, or automatic purchase flow.

Listings are provided for informational and preliminary review purposes. Project details may include estimates, current status notes, preliminary descriptions, or directional monetization paths, and those details can change over time.

No listing guarantees revenue, traffic, search ranking, profit, monetization, transferability, buyer interest, or future performance. Users should perform their own diligence before entering any transaction, partnership, build engagement, or transfer discussion.

Any acquisition, partnership, build inquiry, sale, transfer, commission arrangement, featured placement, or client engagement must be confirmed separately in writing. Clicking “Inquire,” “Make Offer,” “Visit Site,” “View Preview,” or a similar CTA does not create a binding transaction, purchase right, brokerage relationship, or obligation by ILLBIN or any project owner.

Affiliate-ready structures, product placements, lead-generation paths, and monetization concepts may be included where applicable. Account-specific affiliate IDs, affiliate accounts, Amazon Associates accounts, payment accounts, ad accounts, commission history, earnings history, and monetization credentials are not automatically included unless explicitly agreed in writing. Future owners are responsible for replacing tracking IDs and operating monetization accounts under their own approved accounts.

Final included assets, access, credentials, handoff steps, and transfer terms must be confirmed in writing before any sale, partnership, acquisition, or build engagement. Domains, source code, brand assets, content, social handles, analytics access, Search Console access, hosting projects, databases, and third-party accounts transfer only when explicitly included. Personal accounts, unrelated properties, passwords, and credentials are not automatically included.

Live site links may open third-party or separately operated properties. External websites, platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, affiliate programs, payment processors, social platforms, and other third-party services are controlled by their respective owners or operators, not ILLBIN.

ILLBIN may reject, remove, edit, or decline submitted projects. Future submissions, commissions, featured placements, paid listings, builder attribution, or expanded inquiry features may be introduced later, but availability is not guaranteed.
