This asset includes affiliate-ready marketplace structure, product sections, and demo catalog architecture. Affiliate accounts, account-specific tracking IDs, merchant approvals, payment accounts, and commission history are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing. Upon transfer, the buyer is responsible for replacing any placeholder IDs and links with their own approved affiliate or merchant accounts before operating or monetizing the asset.

Google Search Console access may be delegated or re-verified through the buyer's Google account during handoff. Personal Gmail credentials and unrelated Search Console properties are not included.

Analytics access may be delegated or transferred where technically available and explicitly agreed. Buyers should use their own Google account or analytics organization for ongoing ownership. Personal Google account credentials and unrelated analytics properties are not included.

Affiliate-ready structures, product placements, and monetization paths may be included where applicable. Account-specific affiliate IDs, affiliate accounts, payment accounts, ad accounts, and commission history are not automatically included unless explicitly agreed in writing. Future owners are responsible for replacing tracking IDs and operating monetization accounts under their own approved accounts.

Connected accounts, subscriptions, third-party services, and platform credentials are handled case-by-case during handoff. Where possible, ownership may be transferred, access may be delegated, or the buyer may recreate the service under their own account. Personal accounts and unrelated properties are not included.
